1. BOOKING FEE

A $25 booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee will be applied toward your total service cost.

All booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, including cancellations and missed appointments.

2. SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS

We do not offer same-day appointments at this time. All appointments must be booked in advance through our official booking website.

3. LATENESS & NO-SHOWS

We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late or unavailable when the technician arrives, your appointment may be marked as a NO-SHOW and canceled.

Your original $25 booking fee will be forfeited. If a technician must return because you are unavailable, unresponsive, or uncooperative at the scheduled appointment time, an additional $50 return-visit fee will be required.

4. APPOINTMENT READINESS

All TVs must be unboxed and checked for damage before our arrival. If you are unable to unbox your TV beforehand, you must be present to observe the unboxing and verify its condition.

Please ensure the work area is clean, clear, and free of furniture, clothing, and other household items so our technicians have enough space to work safely and efficiently.

5. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Need extra work done during your appointment? We may be able to help, depending on our available time. Additional services must be approved by the technician and may result in additional charges.

6. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations: Your $25 booking fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling: With at least 24 hours’ notice, we will help you select a new date and time at no additional rescheduling cost. Your original booking fee will remain applied to your rescheduled appointment.

Thank you for respecting our time and policies. We appreciate your business and look forward to providing you with reliable, professional installation services!
